how to set httpdir setting for a VPN 9608 phone

VPN phones can be set up where we do not have control over the DHCP server so it does not learn the httpdir setting. I can configure it with the http server but cannot find a spot in the telephone interface to set the directory. I need it to load the 46xx file to set some soft buttons.

does anyone have a trick for this?
