How To Set Global Printer In MAS90?

How do I set a global printer for a user in MAS90? By global I mean the selected printer should be the default for every report and screen print. This is driving us crazy, sometimes it sticks and sometimes it doesn't.

Users are not getting the Windows Default Printer.

Any help will be appreciated.

Dont know if these are helpful:

1) Is the printer you want to use set as the default windows printer on the workstation computer via control panel?

2) Mas 90 Launcher bar:
File
Preferences
2 Character Prefs
MAS 90 area at bottom
Default PRinter set to PW rather than a specific printer.
