pls.help me how to set disconnect incoming call thru vmib/aa when in night mode...were getting this problem at night mode when the caller dial a wrong number...then it forwarded to the operator but almost 3 mins still ringing and not stoping..we want to avoid this kind of problem and we want to disconnect immediately the call right where the caller inputing the wrong number.thanks for the help

You should have a separate voice menu for day and a separate night menu. Then the day options are clear for the diallers at day, and the night menu should clearly tell diallers at night what to dial. So this should solve your issue.
Sametime you could forward your operator console to another phone, maybe one that is not in use.
This issue deals with analog lines that do not disconnect when the called numbers are answered in hunt groups (with the operator console). When using hunt groups for the operator the call is being answered by "false B-answer" (because of the hunt group). Hereafter the call will be ringing in the PBX for a period, even though the CO line is released.

1. Click [DID/DISA Destination]PGM 167.
2. Error Destination (When a wrong number is pressed)
- TONE : A tone will be heard.
- ATD : Call will be forwarded to the attendant.
- Station Group : Call will be forwarded to a station group.
3. Busy Destination (When a station is busy)
- TONE : A tone will be heard.
- ATD : Call will be forwarded to the attendant.
- Station Group : Call will be forwarded to a station group.
4. No Answer Destination (When there is no answer), input a station group to be forwarded.
- TONE : A tone will be heard.
- ATD : Call will be forwarded to the attendant.
- Station Group : Call will be forwarded to a station group.

To stop ringing:
PGM 181:
DID/DISA No answer time:put it to 20

Saludos....

- Make sure, Are you using version 3.7xx or upper ?
- if not, Try to upgrade.
- Add the CPTU board in to your LCOB.
- Then going to PGM 142 Flex 18 (Busy/Error CPT detect)= "On"

" just this way CPTU will release the CO line immediately"
