How to set archive.pst location through Group Policy

I am using the Outlook 2003 adm. I see the options for auto-archive but I do not see a way to set the lcation for the archive.pst file. Can this be done?

It's on line 1509 (Misc) of the XLS that comes with the templates. And if you don't have an XLS file then you need ot get file ORKSP3AT.EXE from the Office website.
