Is there any way to set Apache to IGNORE subdomains, and simply route all requests - regardless of whether there's a subdomain or what it is - to the same page at domain.com?

This will cause all requests for hostname.domain.com to use the same DocumentRoot, unless a specific VirtualHost container exist that matches hostname.
