how to set AGC on E1 service observing

How can i set AGC on a E1/CAS in service observing mode?

you can't in NICE I think you need to repost this in the avaya forum (unless you are confused with the recording trigger level)

Well there is something on my trunk logger call AGC on playback and auto gain control on each channel. I cannot change it or activate it..

my mistake there is agc but it is an option that has to be payed for (normally at initial sales order). You can get it enabled through upgrade but you will be subject to the min order price.

Good to know.. I have opened a ticket to NICE in Israel, but nobody give me back this kind of information..
