how to set admin password and users account ?

Hi,

I've installed a version 3.12 of Novell Netware and I can ping my server (using a realtek 8139).

But here I'm blocked: I haven't create administrator password, and I don't know how to create users. So I can't log in the server.
I have the complete (?) set of administration books for this version but for the moment it's not enought :-/
I've read something about syslog but it is said to see in "system administration guide" but there is nothing about it (or I need to go to sleep

So if someone can help a little bit, it was great, really.

I'm sorry (but happy because I'm now logged on my server.
I bound IPX with frametype "ethernet_802.2" and it's ok.
