How to Separate Calendars

I just purchased ACT! 9.0 a few months ago & have nothing but problems. I am now trying to separate my calendar from my Boss's calendar. When he purchased ACT!9.0 he was told that the license allowed for 2-3 users. I am now trying to separate the calendars & under the "manage users" tab it is telling me that there is only one license & that there is no way to separate the calendars!!???? Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance!!

What license did you purchase? The standard box comes with 1 license and only allows one user
