HOW TO SEND THE TEXTBOX VALUES TO THE DATABASE USING COLD FUSION?

Hello:

I have a problem when i try to send the values of a textbox in to my database for validations like checking password. I am getting errors in odbc syntax or it never works. My coldfusion studio is working fine. If anyone could help me
