How to send messages via mobile SMS (text messages)

Hi Guys.
I have an Insight manager running and want to plug in a "cellphone in a box" and use it to send mobile SMS messages from Insight manager to my phone. I can do it via our Exchange Server and Message Manager software, but I want to still receive the alerts if (especially if) the Exchange bridgehead server is down. Has anybody done this or know of software which will do it?
