Does anyone have an e-mail address for Corel Support to report back known problems with Paradox 10?

rmcmorris,

It doesn't look like Corel provides a feedback contact like that unless you're using one of their premium (fee based) support services.

The options are described at but the most common way I've sumitted reports like this is to post a note to one of their newsgroups (see the earlier link for details).

One other advantage to posting to the newsgroups is that you will receive replies from other folks who may have run into similar problems.

Note: Corel's newsgroups are moderated, so it takes time for reports to be posted. Some members in the community don't like this, so they use the newsgroups listed at instead.

Hope this helps...

Thanks, I have been using the BD Community newsgoups. I'll give the Corel Newsgroup a try.

I never had the impression that Corel realy cared.

jlockley,

I'll agree that Corel hasn't been terribly vocal about their interest in Paradox, but I do know that some of their folks do frequent various newsgroups and BBS/forums.

They normally don't identify themselves, unless it's one of their own support forums, but I have seen Corel people lurking--and occasionally posting--to other areas.

I think they'll give any achievable suggestion a fair shake, though it would help to keep their resource limitations in mind, I'm sure.
