How to send faulty report to E///

Maybe on this forum I find somebody who have an access (privileges) to send faulty or question report to Ericsson.
I find some bugs (errors) in BC 12.1 and DNA 5.2.
Now I have new BC12.1 and DNA 5.2 after upgrade from BC 11 & DNA 5.0 SP 8A

My local service company ignore often my problems or send faulty report to E/// with very long delay.

I waiting for response on this forum or rfpui@op.pl

My first problem is very easy
In BC 12.1 command KSEXI have now new parameters named TIMER
This parameter is not available via DNA->EMGr new extension
Or I’m stupid end not find this option

BTWWhy this parameter can not by changed by KSCAC command it is question for BC programmer

Problem 2

Digital Extension with DBC 4223 on new ELU 28

I install new ELU 28 board and start MD 110 Support -> board synchronization

After synchronization I can find under Equipment ->Free Equipment this new board

After initiation Digital Extension with DBC 223, I see via EMG that this ext. have a key Transfer and menu but in fact this key’s are TNS (empty)

I thing that is a bug in MD 110 Support
Probably command CNBIP should be added to synchronization board, because after synchronization, under Equipment ->Free Equipment, the fields Product Number and Revision are empty.

After Full synchronization of PBX ( check all / synchro all) this board is correct interpreted by EMG. Fields Product Number and Revision are not empty. But I have 14 Lim and Full synchronization for this system it is ca 12 hours

Next problem
ECA

I find in ECA all info about, for example, Mr. Fox
I see that he have two phones 5099 is primary phone and 6099 is a Cordless
Now I wont to send Short message to Cordless. It is not possible.
From ECA user can not select to which number (phone) SMS should be send

Now I have SP1 for DNA 5.2 and hotfix 103
But this HF was written one sense
In fact command CNBIP was added to synchronization of the board
But this HF was written one sense.
The command is CNBIP:LIM=ALL;
Why?
If I want synchronize one board ( 10 LIM ) I must wait ca 12 min more for executed this command
This HF should be changed
If one or more board is synchronized the loop procedure should be used (for market board(s)
