how to send and retrieve a mdb file in MQseries using java API?

Hi,
we are sending & reading data from txt file using middleware Mqseries and programming language java.
But when we need to send and retrieve a mdb file in MQseries using java API the problem persists.
so any one of you have the solution please let us know ASAP.
we will be obliged.
