How to send a command for ack or delete an alarm on hp-ov .

Hi ,

I want to know if it's possible by some commmands line and/or script to acknowledge or delete an alarm on HP-OV .
when an event occurs on hp-ov , it brings up an alarm .
Does someone knows how to ack this alarm by an application / script or command line ????

Hi,
If you want a command line ACK, you have the opcackmsg command. You will need to know the message ID by creating a simple SQL select to get those IDs. You have an interactive command line application called opcack too.
But if you just want an Alarm not to appear modifing the templates is the best (maybe the rigth) way, because if you don't need the message, don't recive it....
