How to Send a Busy when a user on on a call?

All my users have 3 apparence lines. They want to have the ability to send back a busy signal when they are on a call, instead of the next available line ringing?

Is this possible?

Not with 3 appearance keys.

delete one leaving two and........

on v4 tick the reserve last CA option under user telephony

or

Pre v4 create a user source number of

RESERVE_LAST_CA=

This reserves your last call apearance key for outgoing calls, this is also the reason why it will only work with 2 appearance keys.
