I have a report of doctors, patients, and date of visit. I want to select by doctor only 100 of his most recent visits. There are 35 doctors. I want to see 100 records for each of my 35 doctors based on the most-recent visits. So a report of approx 3500 records... There was a TopN expert in crw 8.5 but I don't see that option in crw 11. What is the simplest way to do this?
