How to select direct com port from aspect!

How do I do to select and initiate com1 or com2... form an aspect script.

My object is to have one Windows shortcut to PW5 select COM1 with 9600/8/n/1 and another shortcut to start a new instanse of PW5 and select COM2 with 2400/8/n/1.
