Hi,
I am a newbie to oracle and databases, could you please show me how to select all tables of a database ?
thank you

Do you mean see the names of the tables?

If so:

select table_name from [dba][user][all]_tables (perhaps set pause on first). Choose whichever from dba, user and all.

Is this what you require?
