I just switched from Novell to a Windows 2003 server and am looking for a way to see what users are logged in to the server.

Novell had the ability in the Monitor.nlm to view the connections and see who was logged in.

Is there any equivalent for 2003 Server?

Thanks in advance.

Start -> Right click My Computer -> Manage -> expand Shared Folders and then Open Files. On there, you have the filename, username and IP address of the machine that they are connecting from.

This will show you who has open connections to the file and printer sharing service. For applications that run on 2003 (eg SQL Server or Exchange) you need to use their own administrative tools.
