How to see total calls in a given day?

Hi, I have CM 4.1. I was tasked with finding out how many calls we get in a given month/week/day. Incoming and outgoing, and as specific as a single extension.

Is this sort of reporting built in to CM, or do I require a 3rd party program? If so, what would you recommend for less than 100 users?

Yes, you can access this through your CDR records... Do a google search on Call Detailed Records on Cisco's website for more details on your specific system.

Since 4.1 is on Windows 2000, you can also use something like Performance Monitor to pull some of this info. You'd need to set it up before the day starts then look at the stats at the end of the day. I did this on a pseudo call center so the Manager could see how many calls each 'agent' took during the day. No call details but did give total calls received.
