I converted my .mdb file into mde file.Users are using that .mde file and entering data through forms into tables. Now that tables have most recent data.
The problem is if somehow that .mde is crashed or mishandled by someone so how I can recover those tables. Can i ever convert .mde file again into .mdb? If iam taking backup of .mde file regulary,it means that data will always reside in that .mde file.
Is there any solution to keep data secure seperately. Or how to handle data in .mde file?
Any suggestions are most appreciated.

Keep the .mdb from which you created the .mde file. Routinely back up your data by importing it from the .mde file back into the original .mdb file (or, equivalently, exporting it from the .mde to the .mdb).
