How to search through Incremental Backups

I have just started experimenting with incremental backups using Arcserve 9.
Is there a way to search through all the incremental backup sessions at once to find out the last time a file was backed up? I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to restore a file without having to search through each session. I know you can run a detailed session report- Is there an option to do this to the whole tape?

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Maybe the quickest way to find the las version of a file backed up is trying to restore it through the tree option and check it out the "version history"
That's what i do.
