How to Save Site setups

I probably need to reformat my drive and I'd like to know how I can save all the site setups I have on my system. If I can save all these, and not have to first make note of the hostname, nick, password, etc. for each site, then recreate each one after I reinstall, it will make a big difference.

Anybody know how to do this?
