How to save .cpt to .pdf

Corel PP8. I know it can be done because I've done it... I just can't remember or re-figure out the steps necessary to save a .cpt to .pdf.

I tried flattening it and saving to .psd first, then .tif... still no go... appreciate any tip..thx

In newer versions it's always been File|Publish To PDF - don't have v8 here to verify that's how it has it.
