How to Save a Report Version 8.5 As Report Version 8.0?

CR8.5 and 8.0 share the same format. But if you are running a 8.5 report under 8.0 then any 8.5 features like Alerts will not be available.
You don't have to (and therefore can't). The RPTs are interchangeable between 8 and 8.5. But, if you use 8.5 functions, they won't work in 8. Ken Hamady, On-site/Phone Crystal Reports Training/Consulting
