how to run Mrqmin subroutine?

Hi,
I need to fit Schechter function with some measured luminosity functions by using mrqmin subroutine in fortran 90. would you please explain me how I can you this subroutine and how I can define suitable variables of x,y,maska,covar,....?

can you introduce me some example to show how I can use this code?
