How to run mercator from command line

I have mercator 6.5 installed in E:\Mercator6.5 and .mmc file in F:\test

I have to convert my xml in txt format so we manually run .mmc file and map using mercnt and giving xml input path and output file name.

So i am doing daily this kind of job i need to write batch file for it please guide on this .
