I want to run the DOS box (CMD.EXE or COMMAND.COM) full screen in Windows XP, regardless of the screen resolution, but don't know how. "Maximize" does not give me full screen at 1024x768 or higher.

Thanks.

Right Click on the title bar of the command prompt and select Properties from the menu. Then from the Display Options section of the Options tab, select Full Screen. Unfortunately it will revert to 640x480 but it will be full screen. This is the only way i know of.

Thanks for both replies. Is it possible to set a resolution different than the default in the text box?
