How to run Delphi + Crystal on a workstation

I have just added some graphs to CR 8.5 and
run the program from Delphi 3.0. The
program works fine from the developer PC,
but when I run on a workstation receive
error 998. Other non-graphs CR work fine.
I assume I am missing 1 or more dll`s?
Thanks for any/all help
