How to run Back-up exec on a Win2k multplie server environment

I have been given the responsibility to implement a disaster recovery plan for the Network where i work. We are running Win2k server, and i need to to use back-up exec to back up our Primary Data, and our exchange and SQL data. Does anyone have a whitepage or any other type of material that might help me begin to understand how to install and setup backup exec on this multiple server environment???

any help or suggestions would be an incredible help...
