How to run an msi command with vbscript....

Adobe Photoshop CS2.msi ISX_SERIALNUMBER="3343434343" /qn


for some reason when I put it in the oshell.run command it errors, like it does not understand the ISX_SERIALNUMBER parameter, any ideas,

And what about something like this ?
oShell.Run "msiexec /i ""Adobe Photoshop CS2.msi"" ISX_SERIALNUMBER=""3343434343"" /qn"

You may need to provide the full pathname of the .MSI file.
