How to route internal calls to voicemail when not answered

Hi,

I'm trying to setup the phone system to route internal calls to the voicemail system when people don't answer their phone.

Problem is, I can't get it to work.

Does anyone have an idea of what I'm doing wrong?

Assuming that 750 is your voice mail, change CLS to HTA and put 750 in the hunt prompt??

your FDN 750 and CLS FNA is OK
RCO 0 mean CFNA Option 0 in LD 15 RDR_DATA
try to check FNAL Prompt in LD 15 RDR_DATA
for your setup have to be set FNAL FDN

EJPTELECOM> I've changed the HTA and Hunt to settings like you suggested but unfortunatly without any results. The phone still doesn't hunt to the voicemail for internal calls.

rtycka> If I understand you correct, I have to use the terminal to enter LD 15.
When I try to do that I get the response: OVL309
It looks like I'm not authorized to use this LD. Is there anyway I can check if the FNAL FDN is setup correctly?

Well, I have this problem with all the dn's. I used the listing as an example.

FNAL
FNAD
FNAT
these need to be set to FDN
