How to rotate Backups?

Hi,
I use MySQL Administrator to generate regular backups. Unfortunately this program is not able to delete old backups. Thus I need to do it by hand.
Could anybody explain me how I could automate this task on a Win XP machine? I just want to delete the backups older than 3 days.

write a small script to do that and use the windows task manager to automate the running of that script
