How to rollout new engine without EPO

I need to rollout the new engine to all users, I do not have EPO and my company doesn't want to pay for it.

I will have to use autoupdate or autoupgrade to did this over the network as I cuurently do with DAT's.

What is the best way to achive this, what files do I need?

rename the SDAT4273 file as SETUP.EXE and add to your login scripts.

Path\SETUP.EXE /SILENT

/SILENT stops the splash screen and the users having to respond.
