How to retrieve

My girlfriend accidently removed a sent email from the OUT mailbox. Is there a way to retrieve the email ? (I cant ask the recipient of the email). I couldn find the email in the trash mailbox either.

I hope someone can help me.

Nope. It's gone unless you have something like GOBACK on your system to retrieve older versions of your file. That is why I run GOBACK.

You could ask the person it was sent to to forward it back to you.
