Hi currently we have the CDR enabled, is their any way for our provider to pull raw data including who made the call from the pbx?

thank you

The PBX itself does not store any call information. you must have a stand alone CDR (computer capturing the data) or application such as OTM (with the billing module) to get the data.

Do you have a Buffer box installed, like a MDR2000?

or you can sent it to a PC and pull it with a modem.

You can save all of your CDR info onto a single capture file & then inport it in the useful CDR Import excel tool.
It works well.

All the best
