How to retrieve historical data from Avaya CMS to WFM Server through FTP

Hi all

I need the procedure to run in Avaya CMS Server to ftp historical data to the WFM Server for given period "example from 2 December to 18 December" manually.

Please could someone provide me this procedure ?
