Does anyone know the method of retrieving data DIRECTLY from Access "system" tables (the tables Access uses internally to maintain the database) ???

Your help will be GREATLY appreciated.

Not recomended....

First, go to tools, options, view, check show system files. Now you can see the tables. Query them as you would any other table.

Better solution is to look into the Containers.Documents collections and VBA. They've got all the info you'll need to know about the DBs forms, tables, queries, reports, macros (scripts) and modules.

Thanks, Ty. I suspected you would "come through" with a solution/recommendation. ...Dale
