How to restrict window sizing to maximize only

I am trying to create an Internet only machine with IE6 as the only app running. I need to prevent resizing (minimizing) and closing of the app. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to use an internet cafe program of some sort.

Closing, at least, can be prevented : thread608-305872.

Disable closing the window in the registry or group policy.
Start Internet Explorer in Kiosk Mode: iexplore.exe -k
I also disabled the right click menu and made the default shell iexplore.exe -k.
