How to restrict priviledges to monitor only certain groups? 1

I need to create an account in Nice Perform 3.2 this new account should only able to monitor calls for 3 groups. Where do I set the priviledges?

Scenario:
John Smith (not an agent) is to monitor agents in Sales group 1,2,and 3.
John is part of QA group. Sales group 1,2,3 and QA is under MainSales group.

you have to do this all in "Users Administrator" found on the accesories menu on the upper rigth corner.

create a new profile which can be edited or used as a template for other profiles.

in the profile you can choose with all detail the parameters for the applications like business analyzer and monitor, restricting to see / monitor only certaing groups / agents

apply the profile to the user you are giving privileges.
