Hello,
I've been able to restrict long distance calls by changing extension's Class Of Service from 5 (Local) to 3 (Long Distance), but I haven't figured out how to allow users to still make LD calls, yet have them be tracked in SMDR reports, by a per user pin.
It seems like Walking Class of Service should support this, but if I set up PINs for each extension, and they dial their pin from their ext or another users, won't that just give them their normal (5 / Local) CoS?
Creating a Verified Code for each user, but not on their extension, seems like it would be a way to set one call to a different CoS than the user normally has, but I don't see where to set the Verified Codes, in the system.
p.s. The original issue I started a thread about has been resolved, but this is one of a few remaining issues, which I'd like to post separately, to hopefully have them read by people who don't want to read the long original thread.
