How to restore report????

I am in desperate need of assistance!

I was complete with a SSRS project that included several reports. I was working within a remote desktop, and last night I forgot to close it down...so the connection to the remote box had to be manually closed.

When I attempted to view my reports, VS said that there was a problem and it needed to shut down, and asked if I wanted to restore the 2 packages I had open last night. I said yes...and when I looked at the reports, one of my major reports was reverted to an earlier version...I mean real early version.

I have been saving as I go, and for weeks I have not seen anything like this.

If anyone has any ideas as to how I can get this report back, or how this even happened....PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!!!!

Look in the Documents and Settings folder where the project is located, and see if there are any backup files generated. SSRS/BIDS will sometimes do this.

Found the backup folder. Still do not know why it reverted to such an ancient version of my report???

Anyway..I am back in business....again Thanks!
