How to restore files to a new server

Hi all,

We have a customers server which is dead.

We have loaned them a server and we would like to restore files from their BrightStor ARCserver Backup.

We've loaded the software onto the loan server, but we can't see any obvious of browsing the data on the tapes? How do you do a straight forward restore of files on the tape?

I found that I had to merge the tapes to overcome this problem.
