How to resolve toll free wrong listing on 411

I RESPORGed a toll free number from AT&T to Verizon and after it was completed I received reports that callers calling 411 to obtain a number for another division of my company were given the toll free number that was just RESPORGed.

I verified with Verizon and the number that was just RESPORGed is listed correctly in their 411 listing.


I'm not sure who to call at this point. Should I call AT&T and have their 411 listing verified?

Verizon should be responsible for that, however, you will find that it will take a while to be sent out to all databases across the country, especially yo other carriers.

Should I go to the major carriers AT&T and Qwest and have them check their database?
