How to resolve the error C0000005 2

How do I solve this problem?
Everytime I go from the main form to another, I get this error that says, "Fatal error Exception code = C0000005"
Can someone help?
I had this "major" problem in the past. . .(at least yours is predictable, form to form)
How I solved it? I started over with the form(s).
New name, new everything. . .that seemed to have gotten rid if the problem. I couldn't find anything on this anywhere!
