How to resolve Smoothwall disk space issue?

I'm getting this error few weeks ago,

Error - The system is running very low on disk space. (The "/var/log" filesystem has 10% free.) Please contact support.

My licence already expired so I can no longer get support. I've seen some options like OPTIMIZE and PRUNE in the database setting. How long would it take for a 54 GB disk space? Is it safe to execute?

The folder /var/log/postgres/data/base/16384 is eating up 60 GB of disk space! Is it safe to manually delete old files?
