How to resolve ring trip on incoming pstn line on SL1000

Dear Colleagues,
May you kindly assist how we can resolve the issue of incoming lines ring tripping after only two rings.
The problem started when the local land line service provider changed to Huawei.

Move said trunk to a different port on the trunk card also attach an analog telephone directly to the trunk to prove it is the telephone company's problem.
