I found these conflicts in my [System Information]\[Hardware Resources]\[Conflicts/Sharing]. I've put my computer together but is acting slow can these conflicts be the problem? How do I resolve them? THANKS!

IRQ - 22 Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System
IRQ - 22 VIA OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller
IRQ - 16 ASUS A9600SE (Video card)
IRQ - 16 Intel 82801DB/DBM USB Universal Host Controller - 24C2

These aren't problems, they are just sharing IRQ 9 (with the new chipsets, they can redirect them to higher IRQ numbers than 15).

Now, instead of having a bunch of peripherals shared on IRQ 9, there is an ACPI driver on IRQ 9 that is taking care of all the devices over IRQ 15. I don't know the details, but I do know that it's screwing up my RIS installations with SATA drives and Dell Optiplex GX270 computers with rev Bios A03. I'm trying to find out when they are coming out with A04.

More info on your system could be helpful in pinpointing the problem about the slow response, aswell as what you mean by slow response...

the problem could be thermal, a setting in BIOS might be set to slow down the processor at a certain temp...
