Actually this problem happens only when I try to reply a Hotmail message in Opera (v 8.02, OS WinXP). The reply text box is just a rectangle, big enough for <20 characters and 2 lines with the scroll arrows on the right edge. It just happened recently, I guess I might have accidentally hit something to shrink it! I've searched about this problem everywhere but could not find similar issue. And this only happens with Opera browser.
