Hi,
On Windows 2000, the cmd.exe opens the DOS windows. How can I resize it to make it larger smaller like the DOS windows in Windows XP or the command shell in Linux?

To make it larger like linux (full screen): Alt + Enter
Hope this is what you wanted!

Not in the full screen mode...

Only in windowed mode...

How do you do it in Windows mode? I right clicked on the upper bar of the Dos Windows and chose Properties; but it does not have the option for scrolling.

In Command Prompt window properties choose layout and there is Screen Buffer Size. Change Height to something bigger as Height value in Window Size and you will be able to scroll.
